      I'm in charge of defining requirements with clients, defining the scope of the project and the timeline of the project. Manage all teams (Backend, Frontend, QA and Android Mobile) to achieve the project goals; break down tasks, make time estimates, and assign tasks to the rest of the team; resolve critical incidents and develop new system functionalities. Currently achive the goal of making the deployment of task every week instead of every month or month and a half. I'm still developing frontend components for the project.
